About us

In July 2013, Arctic Tapas opened in Longyearbyen, Svalbard. We are the most northerly catering company in the world- on wheels! We offer you a unique food experience in an exciting arctic environment.

In a lovely tour bus you will be served delicacies from the arctic circle, while enjoying the view to the nature and sights of Longyearbyen.

We have great expectations for the future. Through Arctic Tapas, we will raise awareness around arctic food traditions, and organic and locally produced food. All the goods and food products will be traceable, seasonal and come from farmers and small producers, who we have carefully picked out.

I juli 2013 åpnet Arctic Tapas i Longyearbyen, Svalbard. Vi er verdens nordligste cateringselskap- på hjul! Vi ønsker å tilby deg en unik matopplevelse i spennende arktiske omgivelser.

I en flott turbuss blir det servert delikatesser fra den arktiske sirkel, mens du nyter utsikten til Longyearbyens natur og severdigheter.

Vi har store ambisjoner for fremtiden. Gjennom vårt virke i Arctic Tapas ønsker vi å øke bevisstheten rundt arktiske mattradisjoner, og økologisk og lokalprodusert mat. Alle råvarer og produkter vil være sporbare, sesongbaserte og komme fra bønder og småprodusenter som møysommelig er valgt ut.
